includes microphones, lighting including lasers, speakers, audio setup,
(& smoke machine if required) Appropriate lighting/lasers will be customised
to suit the venue and the type of occasion, kids parties might have some more lasers included.

SCHOOL DISCOS, SPORTS CLUB FUNCTIONS. This package not available for weddings.

** IMPORTANT: Bookings are not confirmed until booking form has been
received (and I confirm with reply) then I allow up to 3 business days for your
booking deposit to be received. 2018 Bookings, pricing
is the same for any day including public holidays. One hour minimum is required to
setup equipment prior to starting time for most setups,
75 minutes is recommended access for
wedding receptions to allow extra spare time.
You are not charged for setup/packup times.
You are not charged for any other music required,
this is all inclusive with the package price.
Meetings are available here in Grovedale at anytime for no charge to discuss
your function/wedding if you require.
* No extra for public holidays. * More than 4 hours is always available.
Overtime anytime on the night is accepted at the standard
half hourly rates for the booked package.
Hourly rates start from the time you require the DJ to be setup by, so for example if
you require DJ Mitch to be ready at 7pm
and the last song is played by 11pm then that would be a 4 hour fee.
No charge for setting up or packing up time,
or any preparation of music prior, or local travel up to 25kms,
all of this is inclusive in your overall fee.
Available for any day or night throughout the year for as many hours as
you like, overtime on the night without prior notice always available.
All equipment is owned, serviced and operated by DJ Mitch, no hiring from
external sources ever occur, full backup of equipment is always available.
Mitch Pilgrim (DJ Mitch) has the Working With Children Check - Card Number 03147569-01,
current permit valid until 15/7/2021 (I have the card in my wallet at all times
if requested to be seen at functions)
Mitch Pilgrim is covered for Public Liability Insurance for $20,000,000
and Products Liability Insurance for $20,000,000
and Professional Indemnity Insurance for $5,000,000
and other personal insurance coverage.

Available with any DJ Mitch Booking: Table Hire $10 each.
6ft and 4ft rectangle tables.
Can be picked up one day prior to wedding and setup yourself or can be brought in by
DJ Mitch at arrival and packed up at the right time. These are the top brand plastic tables,
6ft folds in half for transport. Any table with or without table cloth to hire are $10 each
Options available: 6ft table with black fitted lyra table cloth (two available),
6ft standard black tablecloth or 6ft standard white tablecloth or blue.

2 x 10 litre bowl drinks dispenser is ideal for many types of functions.
Comes with a hollow central pole which can hold ice to cool liquids.
